Discussion Boards - A suggestion
Gardeners,
Might I suggest some means whereby comments in the discussion boards are tracked (in the same way that comments on the posts are listed down the right hand column)? I thought I'd get the ball rolling by posting a comment on Pettit's book (which I've done). But I see that I've been beaten to the punch: Derk Perebook has a comment on chapter nine of Clarke's book. It would be a pity if posts by people of the calibre of Derk go unread because its too much of a hassle to go and check whether anyone has posted anything.
In the meantime, if anyone wants to join me in reading *A Theory of Freedom*, feel free...

And, perhaps, an RSS feed for those posts? Not that Neal and Gustavo need more work, but I second Neil's suggestion.

Excellent suggestions from both Neil and Manuel. We'll work on it and see what we can come up with. This is definitely the cutting edge of blogging!

One problem solved. If you look down the right sidebar of the Garden, you will find lists of recent comments for both the Clarke discussion board and the Pettit discussion board. If other discussion boards start seeing some activity as well, we'll add them to the main page, but until then, there's no sense in overcrowding our sidebars more than we need to. So, now we should all be able to keep up with the discussion boards without having to go check all the time. Again, excellent suggestion on Neil's part.
Manuel -- trying to get RSS feeds is the next project. We'll keep you updated.

Manuel -- I think I have Comments RSS feeds set up for both the Clarke and Pettit Discussion Boards. The only problem is that it looks like they have to be accessed through separate links -- hope that's not too much of a problem. If you look at the very bottom left of the Garden (where the comments RSS feed usually is), you will find the new feeds there as well.
Let me know if you have any problems.
